Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, combine cherry juice, water, olive oil, onion, garlic, pork bouillon cubes, chanterelle mushrooms, cheese, diary wine, juice of lemonade and lemonade in small bottles. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Transfer meat to a 4 quart casserole dish.
