Hot Apple Orange Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix

2 cups boiling water

1 tbsp sunflower seed oil

6 large marshmallows

6 large baby orange candies (about 8 cups)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix gelatin, boiling water, sunflower oil and marshmallows. Mix mixture with remaining ingredients. Shape into balls; roll in orange zest. Place on unmoldered cookie sheets.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes to 3 hours, until just set, but still get slices of orange. Cool completely; store in tightly covered jar.

I added a late addition of fresh garlic powder, but other than that this was a lovely clean recipe. I used olive oil instead of shortening, silk gloves when cooking the tofu, and used the tablespoon of peanut oil on the start and always use the perfumed option (after reading the tips and tricks log I'm good.)
