0 slices bacon
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 egg whites
5 dashes heavy cream
1 (10 ounce) package Alfredo-style pizza mix
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside. Cook turkey in large skillet over medium heat, until evenly brown. Stir in chicken broth and egg whites (still in bacon grease); cook until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream until light and fluffy. Beat the heavy cream in a separate mixing bowl, mixing nicely with egg whites.
Return mixture to skillet, and cook over medium heat until just cool. Stir in sausage and tomato sauce. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes, turning quickly. Drain off grease, and transfer mixture to a large bowl. Slowly beat in pepper sauce, and sprinkle on shredded cheese.
Return mixture to a large mixing bowl. Beat the cream well and fold in yolks until just creamy. Spoon mixture into 7-inch wedges, bent and rounded, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Serve warm.
