1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
1 (18 ounce) can whole milk chocolate, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) loaf/round baking pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in milk and chocolate. Spoon mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then cool completely on wire rack.
