1 (12 ounce) can sliced marshmallows, divided
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped banana
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix marshmallows, pineapple, bananas and golden raisins. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, pineapple juice concentrate and water. Mix well. Spread over marshmallows mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
