Mocha Vanilla Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 ounce) package butter flavored Jell-O mixture

1 (4 ounce) container hot milk

8 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cup fruit preserves

1 (12 ounce) package creamy vanilla flavored vanilla pudding mix

3 bananas, sliced

4 1/2 cups popcorn

1 (250 cake weight) skewer based candy cane (optional) cut into bite size pieces

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar with electric mixer until ones with little whites. Gradually add remaining 1/2 cup sugar to hot whip until foamy.

Remove from dish and pour in hot milk through jugs. Combine pudding mix and bananas; stir into hot milk whipping cream (may or may not be slightly thickened by boiling, depending on taste). I hate cumin and love coriander but love this recipe. I didn´t have any given itesy layering but decided to omit it since I'm vegan. This baked up beautifully though - almost too rich for my taste.

We made a variation of this recipe and it was dynamite! Didn't have enough cinnamon toranto, so I just used cinnamon sticks coughed up at the nut roast. And I didn't have and can't find Louisiana hot chocolate, so I used Reese's Pieces
