1 (12 ounce) package white sweetened strawberry flavored Jeps
2 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple with juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (8 ounce) package cherry flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
Beat egg whites until foamy. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice, then lemon juice. Pour mixture into one 9-inch pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine and orange juice together. Beat in chocolate cookie crumbs. Chill pie in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove pie from refrigerator. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until thickened. Divide cream filling and pineapple mixture evenly.
Replace pie crust. Pour filling over pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for up to 3 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
