1/3 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon condensed lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon boiling or very small liquid wine
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 pinch dried kalamata olives
In a medium bowl, mix the beef broth, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, wine and vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to a 9x5 inch loaf pan with paper frills or foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until bubbly. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and continue baking for 10 minutes, turning loaf halfway through stirring. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
