2 pounds ground beef
2 onions - thinly sliced
1 tablespoon dried yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (15 ounce) can tomato juice with green chile peppers
1 cup diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (11 ounce) can tortilla chips with salsa
In a medium bowl, mix in the ground beef, onion slices, piquees, garlic powder, tomato juice and tomatoes with green chile peppers. Shape mixture into 1 inch thick slices; place 2 inches apart onto the burrito.
Bake in a preheated grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
