1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Bring to a boil; stir in mussels. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 10 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand overnight.
