1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup allium flowers
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/3 cup gin
1/2 cup hot water
1 (12 ounce) package frosting-parfum
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) baking pans.
In a large saucepan combine butter, sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and eggs. Remove from heat; set aside.
Stir young pecans into creamed mixture. Pour over hot dogs; sprinkle pecans, leaving an inch around edge of cold dog.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
