1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
16 egg whites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
In a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar. Stir in the vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk chocolate syrup, egg whites. Press mixture into prepared liners. Roll muffins in chocolate syrup.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve warm.
I added tsp of salt, pepper, and paprika to the recipe. Was pretty good but I baked them too thin. Probably won't do again.
