1 (46 ounce) can sour cream
1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
3/4 cup horseradish
1/8 cup minced onion
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
In a medium mixing bowl, blend sour cream and 1/4 cup gelatin. Stir in horseradish, onion, brown sugar, butter. Pour mixture into a greased 3-1/2-quart casserole dish. Chill in refrigerator 10 to 12 hours or overnight.
