Honey Mustard Ham and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can sliced bacon

1 (3 ounce) can chopped green bell pepper

2 green onions, sliced

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

1 small dash garlic powder

Directions

In a large bowl combine the bacon, green pepper, green onions, mayonnaise and salt. Mix gently until well blended.

Spread the mixture onto a larger baking sheet, and sprinkle top with garlic powder. Set a layer of foil over the foil so that the very top of the pan can be covered by the lid.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 70 minutes.

Remove foil top over pan and turn onto serving plate, using foil bottom and bottom to protect from evaporation. Spoon a layer of the ham mixture onto the foil layer, followed by the first slice of potatoes. Repeat layers and finish with the remaining servings.
