1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 (2.15 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
3 tablespoons orange extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Beat the orange juice, milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl, until completely blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour batter into prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Cool before removing from oven and draining of remaining syrup.
