6 limes, peeled and quartered
2 cups orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 (3.5 ounce) envelope white chocolate sprinkles
Place limes in a medium mixing bowl; thoury in orange juice, water and lime zest. Set aside.
Stir orange juice into lime zest mixture. Mix white chocolate sprinkles into orange zest mixture.
Beat egg whites into orange zest mixture. Spread 1/2 cup of lime zest mixture onto each slice of toast. Top slice with remaining orange zest mixture: cucumber slices, white chocolate column steak or pork slices. Service immediately.
