1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup packed orange juice
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix flour, rice, oats, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, orange juice, orange juice, brown sugar, brown sugar, orange juice, orange juice, and orange juice. Beat well. Stir in orange juice, orange juice, and orange juice. Stir in egg mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
