2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded Red Roast Beef
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (32 ounce) jar marinated bacon, sliced in half
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute tomatoes in olive oil for about 1 minute, stirring. Stir in bacon and Swiss cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
Stir chicken and sausage into tomato mixture. Pour marinated pork into tomato mixture. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and cheese. Pour over chicken and sausage.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
