Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices bacon

3 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet, and place bacon in skillet. Cook 5 minutes, or until crisp and half way cooked through. Drain grease, and stir in cheese. Place bacon in skillet, and saute over medium-high heat until evenly brown.

I was born in the US, but both parents are Chileans-- this recipe is perfect! The right combo of sweet. heat, and acidity. I had a bit of extra dough, so I just made a little longer version of the recipe (so about 4 times the original length). Love the complex flavor!
