2 tablespoons dry apple cider vinegar
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes with liquid
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, garlic and parsley, sage, thyme, oregano, tarragon, dry mustard powder, tomatoes, cider vinegar, broth and chicken broth. Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low and add spinach and cheese. Stir together. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
