1 (21 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 (18 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup milk
6 eggs
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9 inch pie tubes.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, cream cheese and sugar. Beat on low speed until mixture is moistened.
Beat in pudding mix, hot water and milk. Beat on medium speed until mixture is thickened. Stir in eggs and chocolate syrup. Beat on high speed until the mixture is stiff.
Pour mixture into the prepared pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack. Serve piping hot or small ice cream.
