2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 6-inch marshmallow
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch topping
1/3 cup raspberries
1/2 orange, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and sugar. Beat in the butter, then stir in the marshmallow. Finally, stir in the coconut. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on cookie sheets for 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
