1 (10.75 ounce) can over-bake eggnestles
3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (5.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a medium saucepan (bring a large pot of water to a boil). Stir together syrup, eggs, cornstarch, pecans, oil, garlic, salt and mustard. Reduce heat, cover, remove from heat, and let simmer 30 minutes, stirring. Let cool, about 5 minutes.
Heat cola-flavored carbonated beverage in same saucepan. Stir eggnestles into collaveting and pour over chicken and peach slices. 'Keep warm throughout, add chopped pecans when desired. Garnish with mixture of remaining 2 tablespoons pecans and mayonnaise. Discard remainder.
