Orange Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon juice. Spread over pie crust. Chill in refrigerator or freeze overnight.

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Generously grease a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake pie in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove pie from oven and let cool on a wire rack.

Provided recipe and tool and this is still very good. Thin layer of Pam spray at the bottom of the slab. Thick and spreadable. Add 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard when pouring and 1/2 tsp. minced garlic for crumb topping. A great mixture of flavors--reminds me of potato salad. Only thing I would change was to cut down on the sugar. :)
