2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
5/8 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup one-fourth cup chicken bouillon
1/8 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1/4 onion, sliced into 1 inch rounds
In a medium bowl, mix crushed pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, bouillon, broth, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Make sure bones have at least partially submerged, if necessary.
Place beef steak on a medium serving platter or on the table. Drizzle with onions and add seasoning.
