1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 4 quart casserole dish.
In a medium bowl, mix beef, onions, celery and celery. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and distilled white vinegar; mix into beef mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until browned. Cool completely before serving.
