1 egg white
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 (10 ounce) package sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sliced bananas
cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Mix white sugar, brown sugar, milk and melted butter. Slowly pour in flour and brown sugar alternately with flour mixture. Stir in bananas and bananas.
Spread batter roughly on top of prepared muffin liners. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Beat cream cheese mixture into flour mixture. Fold in strawberries and bananas. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
