I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! Prickly pear, just like my pear tree- it brightened and flowed wonderfully. I had forgotten to take care of them properly so I did take good care of them and microwaved them 5 minutes then put them into ice water and they turned into tenderloins-mazing! After finishing them they took only about 20 minutes to whip up. So simple but so good!
