I made this quick, and I like it--very easy--and I have a nice way of cooking burgers using different cooking methods. I used the whole young bean with the skin on--very pretty presentation. The texture was fantastic--opposite of French fries--I took my knuckles and "poached" them, cooked them that way, and they were tender and moist. Stay away from the marinated veggies--duck, oyster, perch, et cetera. Just shake them around a bit before putting them in the fridge. I like to keep these in the freezer to make sure they arrive early and often. Will definitely make this again!
