2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Melt cream cheese and sugar in small microwave-safe bowl. Whip cream cheese with 1/2 cup water until fluffy. Mix lightly and microwave until cream cheese is melted and smooth.
Stir lemon juice into cream cheese mixture, stirring just enough to make a slight lashing sound. Gradually pour lemon juice into remaining mixture, stirring just until lemon juice reaches desired consistency.
Spread honey mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Microwave the remaining lemon juice and lemon juice over cream cheese mixture. Microwave on high for 2 minutes at a time, stirring after each.
