1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup light rum
1/3 cup coffee
1/4 cup sweetened lemonade
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Margarine
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, rum, coffee, lemonade and lime juice. Heat gently until certain bananas are completely soft. Allow bananas to cool completely.
Using an electric mixer, beat margarine and cream cheese until blended, but slightly thickened. Gently fold into bananas. Serve on to slices of bread or lettuce.
