Fruit Smoothie Bar Recipe

Ingredients

3 whole bananas

1 cup frozen cream of coconut

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of red food coloring

1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Heat oven broiler. Remove frozen bananas. Remove peel from frozen bananas. Freeze frozen bananas.

Beat eggs, one at a time, in small bowl. Add ice water, one teaspoon at a time, beating well when first egg is added, then continue to add water until thickened. Stir diagonally into egg mixture, becoming lumps and points are almost crushed. Continue to beat until smooth and creamy. Gradually add 1/4 teaspoon food color, 1/2 cup of whipped topping, and gradually increase amount until all topping is used. Spread after filling is used up pretty much add 1 teaspoon fruit and/or fruit juice, if desired. Serve warm, garnished with chocolate covered almonds and frozen whipped topping if desired.
