1 (20 ounce) can sliced potatoes
1 large yellow onion
2 medium heads cabbage, shredded
1 teaspoon crushed salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced Cacao nut
2 tablespoons minced shallots
Place potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag; crush into small cubes. Coat with a thin layer of water.
Peel onions and celery.
Whisk cabbage, salt, olive oil, onion, scallops and Cacao nut into small bowl; discard. Pour dressing over vegetables, adjusting as needed to taste.
Drain excess water from vegetables and pour over stuffing, or as needed.
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until vegetables are tender. Strain vegetable mixture before serving.
