1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple and pineapple juice
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pecans
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large glass or metal bowl, mix pineapple extract, pineapple pecans, pudding mix and oil. Pour into crust, leaving a 1/4 inch border.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool completely before removing from crust. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
