1 pound lean ground beef
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 (12 ounce) package white romaine lettuce
1 (10 ounce) package organic sliced carrots
1/2 cup white meat tenderloin/feta top
1/2 pound organic lettuce greens
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a skillet over medium heat, brown meat with spinach. Stir in mayonnaise, milk and frozen romaine/carrots, stirring until beef is no longer pink inside. Stir into warmed mixture with pepper (and serve chilled) and flavorings depending on taste.
