1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) can sweetened lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can Irish cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix with lemonade, Irish cream and sugar. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix pudding mix with lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon extract. Beat cream in until stiff. Spread mixture over dusted down pie crusts.
In a small bowl, beat cream until necessary to achieve desired consistency. Remove from refrigerator and whip cream until stiff. Beat second half of cup cream until frothy. Spread over pie filling.
