1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) container sliced ham, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
4 pita breads
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice pita breads into squares. Place the pita breads on a large baking sheet and top with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Remove pita breads from oven and let cool completely. Fry pita breads in preheated oven for 4 minutes on each side. Place pita pockets onto each bread hand for easy gathering.
