Baked Kielbasa in a Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients

8 slices white bread, divided

1/2 cup kielbasa sausage, broken

1 onion, diced

1/4 cup kielbasa sausage, broken

1 (10 ounce) package kielbasa pizza dough

1/4 cup margarine, melted

3 tablespoons white sugar

2 slices bread

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread 2 slices of bread evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Seal edges of pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until well done.

Remove crust from skillet and sprinkle evenly with kielbasa, onion, or kielbasa mix. Top with cucumber slices and tomato slices. Use scissors to cut crusts into 1-inch slices.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar together. Beat in flour and yeast. Mix in margarine, sugar, bread cubes, kielbasa, and cucumber slices. Spread mixture evenly over crusts.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbles appear in bread, and crust is golden brown. Cool bread in pan for 5 minutes, then cool completely. Mix egg yolks into the cream of mushroom soup, spreading over the bottom of the pan. Pour sauce evenly over the crusts. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
