1 (6 fluid ounce) jigger raspberry flavored sherbet
1 (12 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored carbonated beverage
2 shots espresso-based coffee mochi
In a glass or metal pitcher, beat raspberry sherbet, vanilla sherbet and espresso coffee. Stir in sugar. Serve.
I've made this twice - first as a request from a client, and then as a treat from myself. The first time, I used 8 ounces of sausage, and the second time, I used 14 ounces. Both times, it was delicious, and the sausage was the key in my opinion. The 14 ounces was a bit much for my taste, so I'll probably round it down a bit. The 16 ounces is plenty for a family of 4, and doesn't even start to scratch the surface of what a great recipe this is. I won't be adjusting this recipe anytime soon.
