1 cup water

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
In a large saucepan combine water, flour, salt, pepper, eggs, broth and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute.
Place 1/4 cup flour into a blender or food processor; blend to a smooth paste. Gradually mix in chicken broth, water and flour. Pour mixture over chicken broth. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in flour and salt. Return heat to low and cook about 1 minute.
Return the mixture to a blender or food processor and puree to a paste. Gradually mix in paprika, starting with the flour. Blend into the chicken broth mixture and cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
