Pecan Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup cooked and diced pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, combine melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rapid, but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in oats. Blend in pecans. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Roll in candy glaze and place in refrigerator to chill. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in plastic wrap.
