1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, 1 egg and 1 vanilla until smooth. Stir in the vinegar, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, pecans and apples. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet, and store in an airtight container for easy removal.
