8 ounces vanilla cake mix
2 eggs
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup golden raisins
3 cups nonfat milk
1 cup water
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
6 egg whites
2 teaspoons lemon extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (6 ounce) pans.
In a medium bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, golden raisins, milk, water, whipping cream, vanilla and celery. Beat until batter is stiff. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
