3/4 cup water
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup banana string sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F at line baking sheet.
Mix together water, brown sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Finally, stir in banana, sugar, and vanilla. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
