1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cinnamon-flavored syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a small bowl, mix pecans, raisins, walnuts and brown sugar. Place brown sugar mixture in the center of a large mixing bowl. Drop pecans by spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set. Butter the edges of cookie sheets. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets to cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Fill and cool cookies.
