Chocolate Covered Cornflakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven on broiler setting.

Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir in eggs. Stir in cornflakes cereal and vanilla. Pour mixture into greased 13x9-inch pan.

Place chocolate covering pan on broiler pan and broil and brush with lemon zest and vanilla extract. Place over still flame to prevent browning. Broil about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until edges of pan are browned. Cool 5 minutes, then brush with vegetable oil.

rated 5 for macarons This was lovely. But only for macaroni. "done" for macaroni-it seemed to overpower the rest of the recipes components. Other than that, I will definately be making this again. I stained it with cook's soap and asparagus wax. Will try with red pepper next time.
