2 (4 ounce) cans chicken livers
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons salt
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In a medium saucepan, combine livers, lemon juice, olive oil, onion and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and reduce to a simmer. Slowly stir in salt and chicken. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and pour mixture over chicken. Top with lemon slices and chicken.
