2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in large pot, and add cream cheese, cream cheese, celery, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and pepper. Mix together.
Pour mixture over mixture in 10x7 inch saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in mushrooms, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
