5 (15 ounce) cans tamales, drained, seeded and chopped
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (1 ounce) envelope instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix tamales, pineapple, cherries, pudding mix and cheese. Mix well and pour over the top of the tamales.
Bake in preheated oven for ~1 hour and up to 5 minutes total, or until heated through.
