1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (4 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green onions
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped cream cheese
1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place diced tomatoes in a small mixing bowl. Mix in onions, cream cheese, pecans, cream cheese and 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese.
Mix whipped topping into tomato mixture. Pour into pie crust.
Arrange pecan mixture in bottom of pie pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until pecan filling is bubbly and topping is golden. Pie will be smooth on the bottom. Cool before serving.
